Non-alcoholic beer is becoming a major industry with most of the big brewers as Miller and Coors, with at least one variation in their repertoire. Have you ever wondered how they do it?
Non-alcoholic beer from 1919, which not surprisingly was the beginning of a ban. Originally, President Wilson would simply reduce the amount of alcohol in beer, but was still met with warm opposition. After the ban, it was alcohol-free beer, often enriched with grain alcohol and illegally sold.
What is not known that alcohol is not really beer without alcohol. Of course it is small and no more than you would find in orange juice or bread. All items received through a fermentation process will probably have some alcoholic content. The commercial definition of non-alcoholic beer contains a maximum of 0.1% to 0.5% alcohol.
Non-alcoholic beer is brewed beer as usual. The only difference is in the final stage of brewing. The alcohol is present, was won by vacuum evaporation. Water and alcohol have different boiling points. Because alcohol has a very low boiling point, it is easy to distinguish the two by using evaporation method.
You will find that most non-alcoholic beers are lagers. But many of the big brewers, including non-alcoholic beer and bitters to do. These beers have a long way from 1919. They are full of flavor and body, and the taste is fantastic!
